All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchase. Please choose your items carefully before placing your order.

However, as required under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@fishfound.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Shipping costs for returning defective items will be covered by us.
