1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all locations within Australia.
2. Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Orders under AU$60 are charged a shipping fee of AU$10. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
- Free Shipping: Orders of AU$60 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for all orders at a flat fee of AU$15. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.
4. Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You can track your package via the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at support@fishfound.com.au. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
